The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.
Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.
It’s located walking distance to plaza. Breakfast is great! Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner are limited. The staff on the day I arrived told me that cab ride to the airport will be 10 soles. I booked my cab ride the next day and driver charged me 25 soles. Please be cautious when you are booking cab rides with the hotel.
my flight to cusco arrived really early in the morning and the staff allowed me to put my stuff in my room while they were preparing it for me, they also provided me with an adapter so i could use my hair straighter. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was super polite. i would stay here again.
From the moment we checked in till the time we check out the staff was very attentive. They provided us with excellent service. Place is very clean, few blocks walking distance to the main square. If an ever come back to Cusco, I will definitely Stay with Matará Green hotel again.
The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.
Casa Cristobal Centenario is a great place to stay. It’s about 10 to 20 minutes maximum walk to plaza de armas. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing.
If you plan a tour most of the companies pick you up from the hotel, but keep in mind that they tend to drop you off in the central area like plaza de armas.
If you use Inka Rail to go to Macchu Picchu you can also walk to the train station.
Casa Cristobal was very good, affordable and convenient place to stay in...
The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.
We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was excellent..lovely and friendly staff.
There is a loud club next door that makes it a little too loud in the evening but generally a great spot to stay.
Could not have asked for better service, a friendly staff, or more enjoyable stay. The only reason we did not rate the neighborhood a "5" is because it is San Blas, not downtown. For us, that made it excellent, as we wanted the quiet with a special view of Cuzco spread out below, but we rated it a "4" because others may want the excitement of being downtown (with its noise). For those unaccustomed to the altitude, the hotel has oxygen that can help alleviate altitude sickness, which was a great...
