"Really friendly staff with decent spoken English, very helpful and approachable Good amenities including tea and coffee available in foyer and food until 10pm Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and delicious Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable Only drawback would be that the hallways are quite noisy - tiled floor and open into a central courtyard/foyer, people coming and going to rooms was noisy. Often people were leaving very early for Machu Picchu treks etc. I would still definitely recommend it, a great location as well"

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Really well designed with lovely details. Amazing art and photography. Lovely restaurant, lounge, bar, patio, everything has been thought of carefully. Honestly - it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast is especially good. I don't know how their French toast tastes so good! The road is very narrow with a small pavement/sidewalk. Cars drive slowly, but it wouldn't be very easy to navigate with large suitcases. We had backpacks and it was fine. My only negative was the noise from the upstairs guests walking around. I would request a top-floor room if possible."

"Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stored our bags for 3 days while we went to Machu Pichu. The room was huge, clean, and designed well. Very quiet with 1 metre thick walls. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a bit of a maze with multiple courtyards but they have good signage so you don't get lost. The area is very central and walkable."

"The property is amazing. Close to the Plaza but not right in the plaza. Maybe a 15 minute walk. Love that the breakfast buffet starts at 3am. Convenient if you have to leave for an early trek or tour. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional team. I would stay again if visiting Cusco."
