San Sebastián Hotels

The hotel was overall very clean, very nice and modern. We had great room services and they were flexible about our stay. My husband and I both got sick the day we were supposed to check out and they let us stay for free until we needed to leave for the airport -several hours after check out time. They also helped us get tickets for Machu Picchu and arranged a taxi for our early departure to the train station. They were wonderful!

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

The staff treated us like family. Patrick help save us from our tour company miscommunication which saved us over $1000. When we return to Cusco, we are staying at Apu Mountain Lodge.

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service. General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. The hotel provides oxygen for $35 so if you are feeling light headed or out of breath this comes in handy. ALSO no alcohol or heavy foods the first night. The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

Perfect location

The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Stayed here three times during our recent trip to Cusco. Clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were really accommodating and friendly, stored bags without charge for our trips on Inca trail and Amazon forest. Located on quiet street, around 10-15 minutes walk to main square, or taxi ride is 5 Soles (about $1.60 US). Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Hotel if you want a walking distance location to the main plaza. Stuff was very friendly and helpful when in comes to tours, city information and food (Specially Cesar). Rooms were clean except that it was really cold and heater didnt do much. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was excellent..lovely and friendly staff. There is a loud club next door that makes it a little too loud in the evening but generally a great spot to stay.

The staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful. The hotel is great. Two things to consider about the location: 1. Though close to the main square on the map, the hotel sits on a hill which at 12,000 feet (3,700 meters) is a strenuous walk for some. 2. there is not much in the way of dining or shops in the immediate (within about 4 blocks) of the hotel. It is a short 11 minute walk to the central square though.

Large, comfortable, warm room. Great service, convenient to the airport. Good breakfast. Almost warm shower.
