The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our stay, always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. "Well located. Loads of food options within 10min walk. Tram stop just outside, so it makes getting around easy. Swanston St is close enough to get to the hops easily, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Overall, a nice property in a nice location."

"Good value for a quick overnighter. The pool was a great temperature and we enjoyed the spa and sauna too. Breakfast was good and staff were responsive when we needed something. The menu online (accessed from the QR code in the room) for the bar was different to the menu provided. I enjoyed the cocktail from Mortimers too. "

"My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys."

"Our stay at the Oaks on Market was fantastic! The room had a beautiful view of the river and staff were friendly and keen to help. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the menu was varied, but always delicious. The staff were welcoming and helped with any queries we had. Would stay again.
