"Good value for a quick overnighter. The pool was a great temperature and we enjoyed the spa and sauna too. Breakfast was good and staff were responsive when we needed something. The menu online (accessed from the QR code in the room) for the bar was different to the menu provided. I enjoyed the cocktail from Mortimers too. "

"Our stay was fabulous. When we arrived Juliette greeted us like a long lost friend. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, our room was perfect. Spencer and Jazmine (spelling?) were so fabulous and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. Literally staff member we encountered was lovely. Though we were not in the city center, we enjoyed the location and getting to the busier areas was an easy tram or short walk away. The hotel is in the tram...

"We had a junior suite which was exactly as shown , very clean with everything you could want . Even had a pod coffee machine which was for us a great addition. Staff were very courteous ,helpful and obliging . Check in/ out was so easy . Great location , short walk to tram line . Will definently be staying here again. "
