"The staff are extremely helpful...we loved the doorman Jose who was very helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds but had a weird glass see-through window between bedroom and bathroom....though it has a curtain-shade which can be closed in the bathroom. The bathroom had 3 level jet stream shower stall but if you closed the jet-stream and used only shower the water jet volume was weak. There was no iron or mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room The hotel is walking distance of a few minutes to the famous Chapultepec Park...though a little distant from down town area. Breakfast was good and had live pianist in the evening in the dining room area with awesome tunes"
