"Beautifully located. Great bathtub. Parking and great room service and restaurants."

"Lovely stay in this newly opened hotel. The interior design, comfort of the bed and furniture, nice size of the room and great location in CDMX will make me come back for my next stay. "

"Cesar was extremely helpful, as was Naomi. I will stay here whenever I’m in Ciudad Mexico. I could not be happier with the Park Villa Hotel. Gracias!"

"Very friendly staff and helpful. The room was very comfortable. One of my best stays in Mexico city for the price we paid. I would definitely stay again."

"The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. A lot of variety. The location is good. Safe, many small shops and local restaurants nearby and not too far from nice touristic places. The room was spacious and comfortable but we found hair in the sink and in the bathroom floor as soon as we got in. That was the downside."

"Hotel was great, room was clean. Location is good, 15-20 min walk from center of Condesa with all restaurants, same to the Chapultepec park. Yes, it was a bit noisy in my room from the traffic below, even though the building seems to have been renovated and has good windows, but it wasn't a big issue.Staff was nice and kind, had no problems with anything. Overall I recommend this hotel."

"I love this hotel! Is perfectly well located, amazing staff, great for families the rooms are huge"

"Clean room, very comfortable, very well located, the staff is very friendly, this will definitely be the hotel for my next trips to Mexico City."

"We stayed here on the last night of our trip, before an early morning flight. It was in a great location, very clean, very spacious, and with a beautiful rooftop view of Chapultepec park and castle. Would definitely consider it again for another stay."

"Location to Tube Station is the BEST. Nandos is 30 meters :-). Co-op food market A+ my room was great… first floor , nice light through large window. Wood floors, 3.6M ceiling height was very 19th century! I will come back for sure. Reception is very helpful, they greeted me on Christmas evening at midnight. :-) "

"Singular is a very friendly and clean place to stay. If you want simple, friendly, safe and convenient "

"Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65."

"Love this place. The gym is one of the best onsite gyms in the area in my opinion. One of the biggest reasons I choose this place when staying in CDMX"

"The rooms were extremely clean! The price and location was great. "

"Just passing through CDMX and got a room here as it was close to the bus terminal. We checked in late and staff was accommodating. The room was very clean and had black out curtains which was great as I needed to sleep in. Very clean establishment. Would recommend. "

"This is my third stay at this hotel and my experience is better each time I stay there. The front desk staff is super kind and helpful, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the location is the best in Mexico City. I will keep on staying here and recommending this place. "
