"Excellent location. A very modern hotel within walking distance to sights. Staff are super professional and easily some of the most helpful individuals I have encountered. One street over from the main Lisbon bustle, it is in the perfect location. Our room was clean and was well appointed. Overall excellent."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location! Close to the main streets and easy to reach metro/public transport. Well lit streets nearby, which was good for walking back once dark (solo female). I generally felt safe in the area. The room was slightly smaller than expected, but perfectly suitable for what I needed. I enjoyed the balcony window overlooking the street below. Several TV news channels in English too, which was a bonus! Breakfast was okay, nothing particularly special. Mainly the same each day with a few variations. I enjoyed having fresh fruit each morning. Tea and coffee making at breakfast seemed lacking. No black tea options and had to ask each morning for cold milk. Coffee/hot water/hot milk were served in urns at th ebar. Some people seemed to have an espresso in the morning but when I asked for a coffee, I was directed back to the coffee urn."
