"Quality 4 star hotel centrally located in the hear of Baxia, Lisbon. Walking distance and access to easy public transport for all sights and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again and would recommend in an instant."

"This is a beautiful hotel and centrally located so walking to everything was very easy. Staff was very professional, efficient and kind as well. The hotel arranged for a car service to get us from and to the airport and were very communicative during the process. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, excellent breakfast, attentive staff, room was spotless. I would stay again !"

"The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. This is going to be a treasured keepsake for us. Thank you Vincci Baixa!! If we're...

"We had a terrific stay at the Pestana Rua Augusta for 5 nights. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location for exploring Lisbon cannot be beat. We would absolutely stay again when visiting Lisbon."

"Fantastic location in a very cool neighborhood. Nice and clean apartment a few minutes from the grocery store, metro and iconic trolley stops. Great restaurants and shops right outside the building door. A can’t miss if you’re looking for a memorable stay in Lisboa."

"Family of 4, great place to stay, easy to get to, next to metro, tram, bus, restaurants."

"We enjoyed our two-night stay! All of the staff were friendly and helpful - especially Diogo, who had amazing restaurant recommendations."

"Great hotel. Stylish, quiet. Well located."

"The apartment on the was large and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and it was supplied with free drinks and snacks. Actually, it was probably the best equipped kitchen of anyplace we have stayed. The pink touches everywhere were fun, especially the pink toilet paper. We were a little concerned about the noise from the rowdy bar scene on the street, but the double pane windows and wood shutters made it no problem. We didn’t even need pink earplugs left on the pillows."

"Amazing hotel at perfect location!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisboa. The building has an elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier, and it's located on a flat street — a real plus in a city known for its hills! The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Our favorite feature, though, was the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings, watch the sunset over the city, and enjoy a bit of people...

"all was very good location is near everything"

"Memmo Alfama is a hidden gem off of a main road with the number 28 tram bustling by. It is steps away from the Lisbon Cathedral going down the hill, and a short walk to the top of the hill with an instagram worthy Miradouro. The view on the terrace is amazing, and the friendly attentive staff are always nearby for a drink or food. "

"The location of this building is beautiful! Walking to local restaurants and shopping is amazing! The area is quiet and the view from the room is beautiful! The room was well appointed and very spacious! Would definitely recommend!"

"Great location right in the heart of the town, also probably the flatest area. Metro servicing two metro lines a stones throw away. This made getting to restaurants outside the tourist zone simple. Easy walk to the river and really walkable to most of the tourist spots. All the staff were wonderful as well. 24 hour person at the desk which I like when getting back late. Just gives piece of mind. Room was nice but tight because the bed was a queen. The AC was great, which is important to me...
