"I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The interior has a cozy, welcoming feel with soft lighting and warm tones, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical. Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. "Frequent visitor to this hotel due to office location. Good location with shopping mall and lots of dining choices nearby. Approx 1 hr from PVG and 20 mins from SHA. Decent gym and nice lobby bar/ lounge. Have returned here multiple times over the year and happy to return/ recommend."

"Deluxe room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping is diligent. Hotel’s location is just around the corner of the Langao metro station (exit 5). The only improvement needed is the check in counter. Staff should have better basic spoken English since it’s Renaissance "

"Swift check in and the staff was efficient. The deluxe lift was a good size for 4 adults although the bathroom is bit small and needed upgrade. Room was generally clean. Langao metro station is just across the hotel, very convenient. Also some eateries at a small mall at the metro station "
