"I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The interior has a cozy, welcoming feel with soft lighting and warm tones, and the rooms are both comfortable and practical. Small details like the layout, outlets by the bed, and well chosen furniture make it easy to settle in. The gym is also much better than what I usually see at hotels, with enough machines and weights for a proper workout. What makes the biggest difference, though, is the service. Charming, Una, and Yoyo always work together as a team...

"Deluxe room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping is diligent. Hotel’s location is just around the corner of the Langao metro station (exit 5). The only improvement needed is the check in counter. Staff should have better basic spoken English since it’s Renaissance "

"Frequent visitor to this hotel due to office location. Good location with shopping mall and lots of dining choices nearby. Approx 1 hr from PVG and 20 mins from SHA. Decent gym and nice lobby bar/ lounge. Have returned here multiple times over the year and happy to return/ recommend."

"Swift check in and the staff was efficient. The deluxe lift was a good size for 4 adults although the bathroom is bit small and needed upgrade. Room was generally clean. Langao metro station is just across the hotel, very convenient. Also some eateries at a small mall at the metro station "

This hotel is outstanding in room size, quality of the bed and bedding, cleanliness, service of every staff member and the food was of high quality and plenty of choices. Would highly recommend .only hotel on our whole holiday to ask how was our stay."

"The room you see on Expedia is not the room you will get when yoi go there. Took quiet a bit of back amd forth to get a decent room . They gave me a room just big enough for the bed and hardly any space between your bed and the toilet. I had to argue until he agreed to give me a better room "
