Perfect location, friendly staffs, and reasonable pricing

Good breakfast, executive floor room is clean and quiet.

Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Exec lounge staff were excellent. Hotel close to subway line 1.

Very good experience. I went to a business convention in the New Century Exhibition Center and it was very close. 25 min to downtown by taxi.

Beautiful Hotel. Love all the curves in the lobby and in the rooms. I had requested an early check-in and this was accommodated. Staff went above and beyond. Even sending someone to my room with ice for a foot injury, and to take a room service order after translating the menu into English for me. Breakfast buffet was excellent. VIP lounge was extraordinary. every single staff in the building were so benign and friendly. very customer oriented hotel. highly recommended. maybe their manager Phil is really good at this.
