Great place and had laundry in room

Perfect location, friendly staffs, and reasonable pricing

The fitness center is not up and going on two years and they say it will be done. But it is not. That is the only down fall, and I have been there twice

Good breakfast, executive floor room is clean and quiet.

Great staff, professional and friendly. very clean facilities, breakfast buffet is great.

excellent service and very comfort experience. check in and check out were fast and informative. VIP lounge was extraordinary. every single staff in the building were so benign and friendly. very customer oriented hotel. highly recommended. maybe their manager Phil is really good at this. I wonder where he did his MBA at lol

Beautiful Hotel. Love all the curves in the lobby and in the rooms. I had requested an early check-in and this was accommodated. Staff went above and beyond. Even sending someone to my room with ice for a foot injury, and to take a room service order after translating the menu into English for me. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. But one is immediately adjacent. Room itself was large, dark, and quiet for sleeping. Comfortable bed. The large...

Room is clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was nicely laid out with comfortable bed. Exec lounge staff were excellent. Hotel close to subway line 1.

In general, it’s a very good place to stay.

Very good experience. I went to a business convention in the New Century Exhibition Center and it was very close. 25 min to downtown by taxi.

Its nice for me too much because i just use as bussiness travel, but is good located near to nice places

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Comfortable room and bathroom with all the amenities one would want. Location was good for me because it was the location of a conference I was attending. Otherwise, it may be a bit out of the way for most. Chengdu is a big city with heavy traffic. To compensate, taxis are inexpensive. Biggest complaint and frustration was with the staff. They are all lovely and friendly, but with limited English and a surprising lack of knowledge about their city and the...

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. The room is clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom adequate. There is no separate shower which could be a small issue for some but otherwise the room is great. The restaurant is good for business. Front desk is polite and helpful. Area wise it is a bit out of the way form shops but there is a lot of restaurant around.

The hotel was great and the staff was very courteous.
