My granddaughter and I stayed at your hotel from October 12th to 14th, and while we found the room to be clean and comfortable, I wanted to share some feedback regarding several interactions that could benefit from improvement.
After a long drive, we used the hotel’s luggage cart to bring our bags to our room. Within ten minutes, we received a call requesting that we return the cart, even though no other guests were waiting to use it. The timing and tone of the call felt abrupt and unwelcoming after a tiring trip.
Additionally, the coffee maker in our room did not work. When I approached the front desk to request a coffee cup, the staff member retrieved one from a nearby credenza. I mentioned that I would have gladly taken one myself had I known where they were located, but her response — “This area is employees only” — came across as unnecessarily curt.
Lastly, after returning home, I realized I had left some items in the closet. When I called, the staff member confirmed that the items were found but stated, “We only keep items for three months,” in a tone that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. I let her know I would retrieve them well before that time frame, but again, the interaction lacked courtesy.
Overall, while the accommodations were satisfactory, the staff’s demeanor and lack of warmth detracted from what could have been a pleasant and relaxing stay. I hope this feedback will be helpful in supporting continued service improvement.
Thank you
