Our flight arrived early, so we needed to check in ahead of the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a warm welcome; instead, the staff seemed bothered by our early arrival. I had sent several emails to the hotel prior to our arrival, but received no response. Eventually, we were assigned a room after paying an additional fee. However, the room was in poor condition—it had an unpleasant odor, the hot water was not working, and the air conditioning was also faulty. We were very tired after a long flight.
The following day, I informed the staff about the water issue, and after several attempts, the problem was still not resolved. I also notified another staff member about the water, and he was very kind to offer us an alternative room, which was in much better condition. While some staff members were very nice and helpful, I would rate my experience at 3 stars because staff was helpful.
