Disappointed with our stay at Ramada Scarborough . Checkin was slow with the person in front of me struggling with entering details on the small screen. Not a very friendly screen set up and not a lot of help from the person on the desk. My checkin was a bit better, but not really friendly. Room was a good size , but didnt look as "new or bright" as the photos. Room was a bit older than what is shown in most of the photos.
On a positive, Bed was very confortable and the kitchen has all of the basic items needed.
Internet was terrible. Struggled to watch a 20 second video without bufferring. I do expect better internet. It just looks and feels a bit tired.
