I recently stayed at Infinity8 in Jimbaran and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that not only lacked a view but also had a strong, unpleasant odor. After expressing our concerns, we were able to request a new room; however, we were surprised to find that we had to pay a significant additional charge for the upgrade.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Despite the rooms being cleaned daily, there was consistently sand on the floors—even right after cleaning. Additionally, there were remnants of soap left on the bathroom tiles, which was quite off-putting.
While the service from the staff was generally acceptable, communication was often a challenge due to their limited English proficiency. This made requesting assistance or expressing concerns somewhat frustrating.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was quite poor, and the quality did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, my stay at Infinity8 was not what I had hoped for. With better attention to room conditions, cleanliness, and service quality, this hotel could significantly improve the experience for its guests. I would recommend considering other options in Jimbaran until these issues are addressed.
