I stayed here during the Chicago Marathon weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I had to change rooms three times — the first due to possible insect bites, the second because the bathroom was completely clogged, and the third because I no longer felt safe or comfortable after all the issues.
Even after moving, I still couldn’t rest properly. The rooms were small and poorly maintained, with signs of humidity and lack of proper cleaning. For the price charged, this hotel does not meet even the most basic standards of comfort or hygiene.
The staff did their best to help, but the overall management and room conditions were unacceptable.
Would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect a clean and reliable place during an important trip.
