2 Bedroom Panoramic Apartment - I contacted the hotel at 12:30pm after receiving a text message asking me to confirm my details. During the call, I requested an early check‑in and was told I would receive a call back if this was possible. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up.
When I arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm, there was no one at reception. I waited until 2pm—official check‑in time—when two staff members finally appeared, only to be told that my room still wasn’t ready. It wasn’t until around 2:20pm that the receptionists returned to let me know the room was available.
Once inside, the room itself offered an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight. However, the layout and amenities were a bit puzzling. The master bedroom had no TV, while the second bedroom—with two single beds—had the larger bathroom, complete with a bath (but no bath plug), double showerhead, and double vanity. Meanwhile, the master ensuite only had a single sink and a smaller shower.
There were also some maintenance issues. The window in the second bedroom didn’t close properly, which meant that at night the wind whistled through the gap—making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Overall, while the view was impressive, the check‑in experience, room layout, and maintenance issues left quite a bit to be desired.
