Dear Santefe Hotel
I recently stayed at your hotel from October 21st to November 7th, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. We found cockroaches in the room, and when my partner joined me on October 27th, we were unexpectedly charged again for her stay, despite having already paid for the double bed accommodation. Additionally, the shower head was not working properly, and overall, we were not satisfied with the room quality.
Because of these issues, we decided to leave earlier than planned, on November 7th, instead of staying until November 16th. We kindly request compensation for the inconveniences we faced.
On a positive note, I would like to mention that I was very happy with the receptionist, who provided excellent hospitality and made us feel welcome.
