Worse wine resort I have been in my life, 0 service and customer satisfaction, we stayed there 2 nights with my girlfriend, they even charged us for a toothbrush, and for hotel and restaurant it feels like 2 different companies, nobody information about resort or restaurant where is what if you don't ask questions they were not saying anything, and another funny thing, in my life I visited more than 20 wineries but I never paid $45 per bottle for each wine in a winery, besides that if I'm staying at your hotel 2 nights and there is no difference between other daytime visitors I would like to have some discount or something from them, and when we checked in they charged us $160 but they also didn't inform us that at the end of the day when I asked them $100 for deposit $60 for resort service fee, I really don't know what kind of service fee is that and for which service!
