Achamos tudo muito lindo, organizado e confortável. Apenas nos surpreendeu a manutenção do telhado do restaurante, que possuía várias goteiras, pois no dia estava chovendo, algumas delas caindo por cima de algumas mesas. Tirando isso o atendimento de todos é de excelência, todos muito solícitos e educados. O lugar também é muito bem localizado, com bom café da manhã.

Terrível!!! Péssimo!!! Horrível!!! 1. Quarto p/ 4 pessoas -> No 1º dia deram um quarto de casal (muito pequeno) com 1 cama no chão e no dia seguinte queria colocar mais uma cama. No final trocaram para um quarto quadruplo. 2. O 2º quarto o ar estava travado em 16 graus C. A noite ou congelava ou morria de calor. Internet não funcionava. TV Smart de enfeite. Luz queimada. Porta emperrada. 3. Depois de 2 dias reclaramando disseram que tinham um outro quarto. Depois que arrumei as malas e fui trocar, não tinham mais o quarto. Depois de muita briga disponibilizaram outro quarto descente. 4. Piscina sem iluminação adequada. A noite é péssima. 5. A energia caia cerca de 20 a 30 vezes por noite. 6. No site diz que é Pé na Área, mas na verdade não é. Existe uma avenida e depois a praia. 7. O restaurante, tirando o café da manhã, é péssimo tbm, o preço e o atendimento. 8. Tem mesa de pembolim, porém é de enfeite, pois a recepção não disponibiliza as bolinhas para jogar. Meus filhos foram lá solicitar mais de 10 vezes e cada hora uma desculpa. 9. Falta iluminação nos quartos e corredores. Falta muitos cuidados básicos no hotel. Estadia péssima. A propagando do hotel é ótima mas na prática....
