Great hotel. Cool retro rooms but modern amenities. Incredibly comfortable beds and great towels. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Just a really nice, welcoming place to stay. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting the area or Hobbiton.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the room was very clean and well organised. The bathroom, towels, shower, microwave, dishes, and hand wash were all provided — almost everything we needed was available. It is a perfect place to stay for a night after finishing a Hobbiton tour.
