We had a room on the top floor with a private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. All of the rooms are only accessible from exterior stairs following the hill. The top floor room was very nice but quite a long haul with a heavy suitcase. It is not for the faint of heart.

Hôtel bien situé non loin de l’arrivée du ferry, et proche de la plage de galets. Accueil aimable et chambre confortable. Bon petit déjeuner disponible pour 10€. Mieux vaut voyager léger pour monter sa valise, en l’absence d’ascenseur.

Gli interni hanno bisogno di una rinfrescata, le stanze sono pulite ma i bagni sono veramente da rifare presentano lavandini con crepe, personale disponibile.

Vreemde douche

Het hotel lag gunstig ten opzichte van het centrum en dicht bij de ferry. Er was op 50 meter afstand een afgesloten privé parkeerterrein zonder extra kosten. Tijdens ons verblijf viel de wifi op de kamers op zaterdagavond uit en deze zou pas maandag gerepareerd worden, in de lobby was hij wel beschikbaar. De badkamer was klein en er was een soort vouwdouche, wanneer er een douchecabine op die plaats zou zijn, zou je geen gebruik kunnen maken van het toilet. Wellicht was het handiger geweest als er een douchegordijn geweest zou zijn, omdat de "vouwdouche" niet echt stabiel was.

Slitt, men bra!!

Litt gammelt hotell, men utrolig bra service! Vi hadde en stor leilighet med balkong. Sengen har nok sett sine bedre dager, men ellers helt Ok standard. Inkludert i prisen var både solsenger på stranda og gratis guidet tur med kajakk og snorkling! Gledelig overraskelse :) Bra plassering nær stranda, og kort vei til gamlebyen. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Ett bra och trevligt hotell nära strand, centrum och hamnområde. Sakar pool och bar med allmän uteplats, vilket drar ner helhetsintrycket enligt oss. I övrigt bra personal, rent och helt ok frukost.

Hôtel grandement conseillé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel, la directrice parle bien français ce qui est assez rare en Italie et tout le personnel est très aimable.Portoferraio est une petite ville très jolie, la promenade sur le port est magnifique et bien sûr les passionnés d'histoire napoléonienne seront servis avec la visite des deux maisons où a vécu l'empereur. Attention service des bus de ville déplorable!

Frühstück war gut und sehr ausreichend. Zimmerservice und Rezeption war gut. Verständigung auf Englisch war sehr gut. Alle Wünsche wurden, wenn machbar, erfüllt.

We had a great stay at hotel crystal the staff were very helpful the hotel is in a really good position close to the port and beach and also in a quiet position .

Personale scortese e molto trasandato, non idoneo a gestire una reception di un hotel che paventa 4 stelle: a causa di un mio errore ero consapevole che avrei potuto pagare una tariffa maggiorata...non sono stata accolta ma aggredita per questa differenza. Inoltre: no ascensore; no senza piatto doccia; doppia tenda strappata; biancheria pessima; alle 8:30 la colazione non serviva più pane fresco: sala semivuota. Il top? Cestino con sole mele etichettate VAL DI NON e un cartello scritto a mano: frutta a km 0. Come vengono assegnate le stelle? Sono perplessa. Viaggio molto in Italia per lavoro: a questa soluzione non possono essere attribuite più di due stelle.

Très bon hôtel jouissant d'une situation idéale (5min de l'embarquement du ferry, 3min de la plage et 10min du centre historique et des animations). Le personnel est très sympathique, les chambres grandes et confortables (malgré un petit excès de climatisation). Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Aspetti positivi: zona centrale, colazione buona, pulizia buona, personale gentile. Aspetti negativi: camera piccolissima, bagno piccolo e stretto, doccia al centro della stanza, con foro nel pavimento per deflusso acqua, mai visto nella mia esperienza, stanza molto buia con vista su un vicolo. Al mattino piuttosto rumoroso. Arredamento molto datato. Vista su vicolo
