I had a very poor experience staying at El Jardín by Renzzi.
Upon arrival, I was sent to the wrong address, which left me waiting outside for over 10 minutes unable to enter. The access instructions were unclear, and the front gate and apartment door would not open with the provided codes. After multiple messages, the host eventually acknowledged that the incorrect address had been sent.
Once inside, several basic amenities did not function properly. Hot water was not working adequately throughout the stay, and the television never worked. These issues were reported multiple times and were acknowledged, but not resolved.
Because of these problems, I requested to leave early, but was informed that no refund would be provided, which left me with no choice but to remain at the property despite the ongoing issues.
I was also told a late checkout would be offered as compensation, but this was later retracted, and checkout remained at 11:00 a.m., contradicting earlier messages.
For the price paid, the misleading arrival information, unresolved maintenance issues, and lack of a fair resolution made this stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
