This location is in the parking lot of a defunct shopping mall and next door to the movie theater and indoor fun zone. This provided constant noise and car alarms, especially when the late movie let out after midnight.
Otherwise, and please bear with my crude analogy, our stay was like a phone call with a foreign-based customer service call center.
Our room had glitter on the floor when we walked in. Not sure what went on in there prior to our arrival.
Some of the shower product bottles were empty. Not optimal, as we didn't pack any for an overnight stay.
HVAC in the room did not respond to thermostat. It stayed 69-71 despite it being set to 65 when we walked in. We prefer cooler sleeping. We had to resort to opening the window for ventilation overnight. This was not much of a solution as the window is allowed 1 inch of opening before hitting the lock block.
We didn't mention it to front desk as we just wanted to sleep, and it was a 1 night stay.

Breakfast was edible. Typical Sysco Corp. institutional food.
Only issue was the "bold" coffee dispenser was full of grounds. Mentioned it to the staff and they immediately looked at it. The 2% milk pitcher was filled with some sort of gray water with white chunks. Mentioned this after I got a cup of this, and they seemed to look into it.
It is an entry level/ low end hotel. Any perks are at an additional cost. It is clean, as a several month old building should be.
