Ferry stop-over
Easy to find, good parking, convenient for Dieppe ferry. Clean room, nice hot shower. We found the very flat square pillows a little uncomfortable for sleeping but other than that very nice stay. We’ll return when we next travel to UK.The proprietress was very helpful and friendly.

Great Little Find.......
Friendly welcome from the host. The hotel is a short drive into Dieppe where there are numerous restaurants also a five minute drive to the ferry port. The room and en-suite bathroom were both clean and comfortable and had clearly recently been tastefully re-furbished. An ideal stopover for any all the family. Great little hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely little hotel about a mile away from the centre of Dieppe. The room was perfectly good and service was excellent. The hotel is friendly towards motorcyclists.

A great find!
Staff very helpful- they moved their cars to accommodate our trailer! Great garden to chill out in and the breakfast option was great.
Superb location and great accommodation. Our daughter loved the chalet accommodation in the garden!
We will definitely be booking next time we are in the area.

Disappointed
Followed a trail of cigarette smoke when shown to our room on arrival. Bedding was covered in cat hair. LInen did not smell fresh. Had to use our own towels as they smelt terrible as though left in washing machine for too long. One towel also smelt of cigarette smoke as well. A very poor experience overall.
Plus side: staff were friendly and plenty of parking.

Excellent Dieppe stopover
An excellent stopover on our way back from family holiday via Dieppe. The owner was very helpful, providing us with everything we could have needed, including a variety of equipment for our 6 month old and phoning up to order us a pizza. We loved the sunny area at the back of the hotel to relax in and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. We will stay here again if we are on this route in the future.

Great value hotel
Le Clos Robinson is a charming small hotel just outside Dieppe, about 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike from the town centre. It's good value for the price - basic, but you wouldn't expect any more for this money. The rooms are nicely decorated, perfectly comfortable and warm, there is a secure area for bikes, car parking and a nice outdoor space to sit on a summer evening. The staff are lovely and could not be more helpful. The road is quiet and there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a boulangerie within a minute's walk. If you're planning to to the Avenue Verte by bike this would be the perfect stopover in Dieppe on your first night before starting - the top of the Avenue is only 4 miles away on a quiet D road. It is also a nice hotel in its own right and a perfect base for exploring Seine-Maritime.

A little gem
Just a one night stay but I was happily surprised by the quality of my room in this budget hotel. The double bed was so comfortable although the single (3rd person) bed was hard. The bathroom was small but ok and good quality, the shower was good with lots of hot water. The decor definitely had a woman's touch and the room even had a diffuser! I used it for the Dieppe ferry and I will stay there again. A little gem.

Close to the ferry port
I booked this because we wanted something different to the normal type of motel and it definitely has character. Unfortunately a booking error meant we didn't get the double room we expected and ended up with two single beds and a set of bunk beds, but the room was clean and bright, unfortunately it was also cold in the middle of the night. The location is ideal for the ferry port.

An enjoyable stay at the Clos Robinson.
We received a friendly welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was much better than we have had in most other hotels in France.

Hotel on the Battlefield of Waterloo
This is the perfect hotel for you if you are looking to do all things 'The Battle of Waterloo', which we were. It was a nice touch that all the rooms are named after Officers in the battle. Our room over looked the battlefield, as does the breakfast/dining room. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. If you were wanting to stay in Waterloo, but not interested in the battlefield, then you could probably find cheaper in the centre of Waterloo

Cheap and cheerful
We stayed here over night before our return ferry. It was lovely and quiet the staff were really friendly. The 5 euros breakfast was huge and served till eleven, which meant we coul have a bit of a rest before our onward journey. the hypermarket next door was a bonus to spend the last of our euros in wine too.

Great for overnight stop!
We chose this hotel as it was close to ferry port and had a room for 5. The room was clean and functional with a very small bathroom but for the price it was all we needed for an overnight stay. The owner was helpful and friendly, spoke a little English and didn't mind us turning up very late after our crossing.
