Mala experiencia en general.

El estado del baño no era el mejor, en el baño habia moho visible, los envases de jabon y shampo en la ducha aparte de estar vecios estaban bastante oxidados, el agua se salia de la ducha hacia el resto del baño por una grita en el borde del piso, el ascensor se movia de forma extraña al usarlo aunque el personal fue atento pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear a pesar de la buena ubicacion no lo recomiendo.

Hotel di media qualità situato su via ad alto scorrimento quindi rumore traffico da mettere in conto. Fornitura camera scarsa, solo tre asciugamani doccia in 4 persone e sapone terminato in doccia. A nostra richiesta non hanno risposto positivamente.

This is a 3-stars hotel with a 6-stars service. Shout out to: Alejandra Kevin Lina Don Gustavo Paola Leidy Monica Who made me feel like i was part of their family and gave me excellent service in their own lines of duties. A few recommendations: If you got high blood pressure or altitude gives you sickness, the city is not for you! But if you must, always use the elevator if you are in a high floor. If you are looking for a warm tropical weather, Bogotá is not it, it is a cold city. You are safe inside the hotel, but i wouldn't recommend going out at night to walk around the area, if you must go out at night, rent a car, take a taxi or a ride service like DiDi. If you can't sleep with noise, DONT rent a room with two double beds, or a double bed and a single bed! They are the bigger rooms in the hotel and they are all located next to Avenida El Dorado, Bogota's road with the most traffic 21/7 with only about 4 hours of quietness. The staff is some of the nicest people ive ever met, they deserve getting tipped, if you read reviews of them being rude, don't believe them at face value, we customers can be petty over little things and feel entitled to demand stuff from people in small countries that we shouldn't. If you ever read a review complaining about rudeness from staff, they most likely had it coming.

Recomiendo - excelente atenciòn y estadìa.

Excelente mi estadia, con mi esposo quedamos muy conformes con la atenciòn, todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, todos nos colaboraron con mucha amabilidad, el desayuno rico y el restaurante en la terraza hermoso, se puede apreciar parte dela ciudad, las habitaciones muy comodas y muy limpias. Muchas gracias a todo el personal.

El hotel tiene un personal muy amable con muy buen servicio. El desayuno incluido es bueno. Lo unico malo es que el hotel queda ubicado en una avenida principal y se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones. Sugiero que coloquen ventanas anti ruido para mejorar esta parte.
