Fiquei em um quarto feminino, a capsula foi bastante confortável, muito silencio no ambiente, privacidade alta. Gostei muito! Ficaria novamente! Acho que poderiam ter previsto algum local gratuito para guardar os sapatos na capsula, pessial acaba deixando tudo fora da cápsula, ficando um pouco desorganziado por conta dos hospedes. Em relação a estrutura: fica em um prédio que esta com tapumes, portanto achamos um pouco dificil de achar, melhoraria a indicação no google maps. Poderia ter mais elevadores, 2 parece pouco para muita gente, mais atendeu. Quanto ao banheiro: tem bastante cabine, acho que poderiam colocar mais um horario de limpeza, lixeiras maiores. A pia é bonita, porem entope com certa facilidade. O chuveiro funciona, porem deveria ter um timer maior de acionamento, tem que ficar ativando em poucos segundos, mais ok. Funciona, agua quente, tem sabão liquido e lugar para vestir as roupas. Recomendo! Ter noção de que é um hostel, porem com maior privacidade. Para minha altura 1.7 da pra ficar sentada na capsula sem dificuldades. Voltarei novamente! Localização excelente

Clean, fun, xheap and well loated, but noisy - slamming doors shook the capsule every few minutes as people entered and exited the dorm. This spoiled what was otherwise a good set up.

Great idea for a hotel!

Centrally located within walking distance to almost everything! Picadilly Circus tube entrance is about 50 steps away! It was my first time staying in a hostel and capsule. The capsules are pretty sound proof especially with the fan running to circulate air. All the guests staying were respectful and quiet in the capsule areas. Those that wanted to visit went to the end of the room to talk quietly. No one messed with anyone's things. I felt safe and my items secure at all times. The big suitcases were left at the end of the room. During the day, I just put my small suitcase on my bed and pulled the door down. Very few used locks on their doors. I always took my credit card and passport with me for the day. The bed was comfortable and warm. You're given a big fluffy towel to use. I suggest bringing a small hand towel. It was annoying to carry a big bulky towel if I just wanted to wash my face or brush my teeth. Bring flip flops for bathrooms. The showers we're nice and warm but I agree with the biggest complaint of the push buttons to get water. The water runs for only 10 seconds and you have to push the button again. The problem was the button was constantly getting stuck. Everyday I walked into the bathroom and a shower button was stuck on and flooding a third of the bathroom! There needs to be a regular handle on the showers. I also suggest a curtain to block water from hitting the bench and wetting your dry clothes while you shower. And fix the elevator! Only 1 worked!

Unbeatable option in Central London. Best location among all things Piccadilly can offer. Easy check-in and checkout with nice staff. The capsule itself was surprisingly comfortable and the other guests were pretty respectful about the noises during the night. Definitely would stay again.

Capsules not much head room even for a shorty like me. Managed to change to an accesible capsule thanks to the helpful staff. Upset that i paid for late checkout but was disturbed by someone ne knocking at 1015 and then at 1145 sometime opened the door of my my capsule. The apology I received from reception staff seemed insincere.

In a great location with an incredible cost which was main reason for booking. Difficult to find, very easy to find the hotel as well signposted but it is not in the same location but is near by. Use maps to find the Lindt store as its opposite. Pod was nice and clean, only one pillow though but towel was provided. They are definitely not sound proof and had neighbour speaking loudly on phone to early hours of the morning, I had noise cancelling headphones which I used once ready for sleep, I think these are a necessity with the poor sound proofing. The fan in the pod didn’t do a lot and was warm in the mornings, be wary in summer. There is also lights on a dimmer switch, a USB, USB-C and a 1 plug socket in the pod. Bring a gym size padlock as you can lock your pod shut. The facilities are basic, shower you have to press and hold, all cubicles some next to toilets. There are places to get ready in bathrooms including plug sockets for hair dryers and such. The entire building felt like it was under construction, with staircases warning of building site. The corridors with the pods were well kept but the lifts and stairs were poor. All in all it is very much you get what you pay for, just wish it wasn’t marketed as sound proof.

Walked in - and walked straight out!

The building is of very poor upkeep. The smell of weed from the moment I walked in was over powering. After a less than underwhelming check in experience - once I saw the layout of the dormitory and the capsule - I walked straight out and booked another room for the night.

The Hostel, was not finished and still a building site. Capsules are way to warm as the fans dont work. Smoke alarms go off as the temperature in capsule is to warm. Very noisy. Showers were dirty and to small. Signage not clear at alll and difficult to find roons

A little confusing to find but watch the YouTube reviews first and it's easy. Brilliant service. Easy to use and check in and out. I am an older guest (66) but if you are agile it is perfect for an overnight stay or maybe a 2 or 3 days. The staff were curtious and helpful. All the facilities were very clean. No Ritz but not that price 😊 and great location for the Theatre Land of London E. T. C. Tip. Take a photo of your room number and capsule as can be a little confusing at first. Take a padlock to lock the capsule when away from the capsule . + Great location. Friendly staff. Security. Clean WC's and Showers. - Little space and area to leave shoes and a bag when in the pod /capsules . Better hooks in the WC and Showers. Can be a little warm as air conditioning does have little effect. Exit signs could be clearer. Dave

You get what you pay for.

The check in system would be easier if they gave you some sort of receipt to remember your name. The toilets were dirty. My capsule felt like being in a morgue apart from the fact that it was loud and hadn't been cleaned. Checkout took too long. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

+ : . la localisation est excellente . le prix est imbattable . la literie est très confortable . l’hôtel est plutôt propre . le savon est fourni dans les douches (il sent très bon) . la serviette fournie est très grande et sèche bien - : . on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur des capsules. Si vous avez la malchance d’être près d’une des portes qui mène au palier ou aux toilettes, c’est encore pire, vous entendrez les portes claquer toute la nuit. Certains clients n’ont aucune gêne à parler très fort dans les couloirs tard le soir ou tôt le matin, ce qui rend les choses encore pire . il fait très chaud dans les capsules. Il y a un mini ventilateur à l’intérieur mais il ne sert à rien et fait beaucoup de bruit. Pour avoir une bonne température, il faut ouvrir la porte de la capsule, et encore… . il n’y a pas de casiers sécurisés pour ranger les valises. Si vous n’êtes pas l’aise à l’idée de laisser votre valise dans le couloir et de gêner le passage pour tout le monde, il faudra la garder avec vous dans votre capsule . le processus de check-in et de check-out est chaotique, et se fait dans une pièce minuscule. Privilégiez une arrivée bien après 15h, et un départ bien avant 10h . les ascenseurs sont très très très très lents. Privilégiez l’escalier. (Bon courage si votre capsule est au 5e étage) . il semble que certaines parties de l’hôtel soient encore en construction/rénovation, mais certains éléments manquent déjà d’entretien

Excellent value,clean and comfortable.

This was the first time that I have stayed in Zedwell, I couldn't fault it, comfortable and clean. Slightly claustrophobic to start with but I soon got used to it. Good value and central to what I was dong in London.
