6/10
The house is truly impressive at first glance, charming, full of character, and beautifully designed. However, it’s not the most functional stay. There were quite a lot of insects inside, which is somewhat expected given the lush greenery around, but it would be very helpful if mosquito/insect-repellent devices were installed in the room.
Another issue is the very high humidity levels, often above 70%, which made the atmosphere feel quite stifling. A dehumidifier would definitely improve comfort.
The breakfast was fairly good and nicely presented in baskets delivered to our room, but it could be even better if they added some cheese to the selection. Unfortunately, the on-site restaurant is still out of service, which was a bit disappointing.
On the bright side, the staff (especially Gevorg) were absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Their attitude made a real difference during our stay.
