La prima camera presentava alcuni problemi come interruttori non funzionanti e un pò di problemi nelle forniture, siamo arrivati a Catania con un volo in tarda serata quindi abbiamo preferito passare la notte e poi successivamente andare a presentare le problematiche in reception. Il personale di turno la mattina dopo, un ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome, è stato GENTILISSIMO. Ha compreso e senza fare troppe domande su cosa andasse oppure no, così come previsto dalle regole dell'Hotellerie, ci ha cambiato di camera in una di pari livello. Tutto il personale si è rivelato cortese, dai receptionist ai ragazzi della manutenzione così anche le ragazze in sala per la colazione che, nonostante una cliente maleducata, hanno saputo mantenere il sangue freddo senza venire meno al sorriso e alla gentilezza. La nostra piccola fuga a Catania, è stata resa perfetta anche dalla posizione dell'hotel centralissima. Le camere erano pulite, dallo stile moderno e raffinato. Raccomandato.

Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early.

The room needs attention as the lighting was insufficient. We had a hard time seeing in the room as there wasn’t enough light available. Also, the TV remote didn’t work as the batteries were dead probably. Otherwise everything was find. Not big things but addressing these minor issues would make a big difference.

Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco.
