Pool on terrace is not heated so don't choose this residence just for the pool if it is in i.e. March. You will only be able to dip your feet even if it is 19-20C in the air mid-day. There is however a small heated pool (manned with a life guard!) on ground level that is open in March at least.
Check-in is at 16.00 sharp. No exceptions. In Wyndham Grand Costa del Sol frontdesk building which is a 3 min car ride or 17 minute walk down the hill. Check-out is at 10.00 and not 11.00 as it says here, but if you point it out you will get 11.00.
I got a spectacular view of the sea since the advertised/pictured unit, C11, is on 1st floor (still 1 floor above ground) and I asked if there was a possibility to get higher up. So I got moved (for free) to a unit, C24, on 2nd floor without a roof over the terrace pool. Original unit C11 is however more in the back of the building and have less sun than C24. I got sun on my terrace in C24 pretty much all day. So I'm really grateful for that and didn't regret one second for asking at check-in if it was possible to get higher up.
There is a garage in the building. For a EUR 40 deposit in cash you will get a remote to access it for free and I highly recommend doing that if you have a car. Not due to lack of parking spaces on the street outside but because it is really convenient to just take the elevator down to your parking space.
Only real issue I had is the unit's front door. I want to be able to properly lock it from inside at night.
