Everything about this property was incredible other than being checked into a room that I shouldn't have been. I've routinely gotten dirty or unusable rooms across many hotels and after a 12 hour day loading in for an event, I was not impressed to have the same experience again. The layout of the 2nd floor was confusing, so I had to go downstairs to be guided to my room, no maps of course. Upon entering I see a note from HVAC, no sheets, no tv, and a blanket wadded up in the corner. Returned downstairs to get a new room fairly quickly, with the host apologizing and stating the room was flagged in the system but due to technical errors, it keeps coming back in rotation. Of which I want to understand, but a secondary note at the desk would've avoided this consequence because when I returned and repeated the room number, the person that checked me in immediately knew the issue. I was given an additional free drink coin for my trouble. Would've preferred a meal and a manager interaction. The expedia booking shows the King bedroom under the Queen bedroom photos so that was also upsetting and misleading as I expected more space and the only King was booked. Wall signs hard to read with evening sunlight. Bar drinks and food prices were delicious and great! Friendly staff, clean hotel, and nice rooftop hot tub.
