O café da manhã é muito bom! O quarto tem um tamanho excelente para três pessoas e estava limpo, conforme solicitado, devido à doença respiratória do meu filho. Colchões confortáveis, roupas de cama quentinhas e cheirosas e toalhas de banho conservadas. Um ponto super positivo é a localização, bem próximo da Vila Capivari, sendo bastante seguro transitar até mesmo à noite. A equipe de funcionários é bastante educada, sendo a cortesia de boas-vindas com espumante e drink sem álcool uma experiência muito agradável. Somente no check-out tivemos um contratempo em razão de um consumo de frigobar anotado indevidamente, mas foi resolvido. No mais, super recomendo o hotel e pretendo voltar mais vezes com a família e amigos.

O lugar é lindo e sem dúvidas bem aconchegante. O café da manhã é muito bom e funciona bem. Teve só um encomodo no check-in, chegamos na hora certa e tivemos que aguardar UMA HORA até o quarto ser liberado, enquanto hóspedes que chegaram depois foram sendo acomodados antes de nós. Uma vez que, o check-out é até 12h e os quartos poderiam ser disponibilizados até uma nova acomodação 14h.
