I would like to highlight and congratulate the morning receptionist named "Mohamed Sameh", he was the only receptionist who speaks perfect English, very respectful and friendly.
He offered us assistance and help with all our needs. We felt very good with him, we consider him to be the most honest and kind person in the hotel.
I wish everyone in Egypt were like Mohamed.
The hotel does not have its own restaurant or spa service.
Please note that the free transfer service can only be used once.
The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff is very kind in helping to carry all the suitcases to the rooms.
The wifi internet works very well.
And the breakfast is abundant and complete.
Every day they offer you free bottled water, coffee and tea in the rooms.
The hotel is located right in front of the pyramids, so I recommend walking to visit. It is not necessary to hire a car.
On the negative side, the accommodation is located in a very poor neighborhood, the area is not good.
