I selected location because wanted a riad-like experience but needed close proximity to the train station.
Room spatious and comfortable. Downside is no desk available (was there for business), limited outlets, TV has few stations. Daily complete housekeeping.
Breakfast is good with Moroccan breads, cheese omelettes, orange juice and coffee/tea. Technically starts at 7:30 but in reality can start as late as 8.
Dinner is available at the hotel, but only with advance notice as they do not have readily available stock. But no worries, plenty of nearby dining options in Gueliz.
Hotel is on quiet dead end street. Surrounding area is pedestrian friendly.
There is some wear and tear. Would have preferred the duvet had a covering to enhance cleanliness. A floor towel for the bath is not provided, so need to sacrifice another towel.
The wifi was terrible. My room was at end on lower level and rarely received a signal. Elsewhere in hotel WiFi is better but can use improvement. (Luckily I had local data on phone.)
Another downside is the outdoor corridor on lower level had consistent urine smell. Did not migrate into the rooms but the corridor could use deep cleaning.
