We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Alyssa (I hope I spelled her name correctly:) ) welcomed us at reception with a glass of prosecco, which was such a lovely touch. She was incredibly kind and friendly throughout our stay. Both the reception area and the Flor Café, where we enjoyed our breakfast, were beautifully designed and had a very tasteful atmosphere. We stayed as a family of three with our 5-year-old, and our room was spacious and comfortable for all of us. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome note left on the desk. They had arranged the couch as a bed for our son, it was generously sized and very comfortable. The only minor note about the room was that the bathroom had two separate sliding doors without locks, which might feel a bit unusual for those who prefer more privacy. The neighborhood was also very pleasant. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Zurich. Thank you for everything!
