Work going on in the room next door, drilling etc. Getting room ready for the busy season. Reported it after the first night. Couldn't sit on the balcony during the day or have a mid day nap due to the noise. Staff were polite and helpful, said it was due to finish on day 2, which it didn't. On day 3 it went on some more and we reported it again and were told if it continued we could move room. At that point it wasn't worth our while on a 4 night stay. It basically meant we couldn't get an extended rest for the whole stay. Lovely hotel though.
