It was ok but to be honest, I am looking for a new “go to” hotel for my trips to the city. I was not notified that the pool was out of order when I booked or when I arrived. I was also not made aware that housekeeping does not replenish towels etc. daily. Yes I eventually noticed the sticker on the mirror that says this but it was after arriving back to my hotel after a long day and not having clean towels. When I went to speak to the desk, she seemed annoyed with me. Mind you, she was dealing with multiple noise complaints from the hockey team on the third floor. When I informed her about the loud partying/fighting on my floor (5) she didn’t seem to care much. My elderly mother was covered in freshly chewed bubble gum that was left in the elevator, again, the desk didn’t seem to care much. When I responded to the text asking me how satisfied I was, I answered with a 2 and said I was very disappointed. Her response was “sorry to hear that” and that was it. No question of how she could make it better. I was surprised and disappointed as we have always enjoyed this Hampton.
