Stayed here a few times over the years for business and in the past i've always been provided a free upgrade to ocean-view, which wasn't the case this time, but did have a nice view of the mountains. The 12th floor lobby hadn't been vacuumed all week + my toilet seat in room1201 was falling off. The bar ( and Gus's memory for drinks over the week was amazing) & restaurant are very nice.

We had a great stay. We found the staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean and inviting. The only matter I would like to suggest is that when the guest arrives, if they haven't been to the area before that you advise them of the local transport in the area (pick up bus in Lake Street) and how you can easily get around with the bus.
