We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. because our flight was early. My spouse went to the front desk staff member Magna to see if they could possibly make an exception and allow us to check in early. We were told that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. When my spouse came back and told me we would be allowed into the room at 3:00 p.m., I decided to try my luck and went to another front desk staff member, Miha. I explained that we had arrived very early, but our flight had been a night flight and we were tired. As Miha was checking if there was an available room, Magna came over and said something in Polish. Miha then told us that a room could be provided for a fee of 70 euros.
