SOMEONE STOLE MY BACKPAG
BE CAREFUL - THEY STORE YOUR LUGGAGE IN A PUBLIC PLACE AND EVERYONE WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE IT - SOMEONE STOLE MY BACKPACK.
When I was going to check-out, I left three objects so I can pick them later, as I wanted to visit Berlin. Some hours later, I come back asking for my luggage and my backpag containing my pc and headphones had disappeared.
The hotel representative called her colleague and it seems they have stored the luggage in a bar in the entrance which they never use but someone could grab the things from there.
The police came and they took note. When you leave the luggage they give you a paper with a number and they keep another paper with the same number to make sure you are the owner. Their piece of paper assigned to my back appeared next to the exit.
Old rooms, no A/C, heating is also not the best, they do not inform you that in order to turn on the lights you need to activate one specific button, shower with too much pressure and finally, I may have been assigned to the most noisy room of the hotel. Finally, breakfast is completely not worth it for that price - and it can get difficult to get a seat. I have left things in a table and the waitress gave the table to another man forcinh me to go to a corner table which was not comfortable.
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I AM USED TO TRAVELLING.
The intern handling the situation, Jonathan Dreier, did a good job. Meanwhiles, the management took some says to contact me.
