The stay was dreadful overall. From check-in on it was bad. At check-in I asked for 2-queen size beds instead of 1 king and a sofa bed. When I asked, the clerk nodded her head. I then added, unless it costs more. There was no response. I got to the room aaaand it was a king and a sofa bed. There were no sheets on the sofa bed and none in the room. I went back down and asked for sheets for the sofa bed. The clerk brought them with little dialog and certainly no, "I'm sorry." After putting the sheets on the sofa bed, I noticed there was no blanket and no pillows to go with the pillow cases that I was given. I went back down and asked for a blanket. The clerk extended NO "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or any sympathy at all. We went to sleep at 10pm. At 11:20 I was awakened to someone trying to get into the room. Someone used a key to open my door but I had the device that keeps the door from opening deployed so they could not get in. I called the office and told them what happened. The response was, "we knocked, you're supposed to be in" a different room. "What is your name?" "She gave you the wrong key. Your card has been disabled." I cannot imagine that going to an occupied room and using a key to enter is an accepted practice. I spent the rest of the night reacting to EVERY sound as if someone might be trying to enter my room.
