The hotel, itself, was VERY clean and the staff was inviting, friendly, and helpful. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious and cozy.
Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The lounge area outside with fire pits for warmth were clean and very cozy, as well. My only complaint was that the outside noise was awful and kept us up most of the night. Never heard a peep from the rooms next to us; however, the noise from outside the hotel was unbearable! There were police and ambulance sirens three times at midnight and 2am, people bumping loud music with bass at 11pm and 1am, then a couple of cars revving their engines in between the other noises. This hotel could really benefit from soundproof windows. I've stayed at hotels in/around airports and never heard this much noise. If that doesn't bother you, this is the hotel for you. I only stayed one night in Evansville but if there was a second night on my agenda, I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.
