Air conditioning is a portable on floor that works well but very loud. Location centralized between Catalina ride destination and universal studios. Within walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and easy to reach/get ahold of. The room was clean and a nice size, I especially appreciated the size of the fridge/freezer. There was a window a/c unit, which did a great job of keeping the room cool, as it was much warmer than expected when I was traveling. I would definitely stay here again!
