The room is basic but nice for a short stay. The location is nice right next to the beach.
Unfortunately we had a problem with ants in our Bungalow. When waking up in the morning there was quite an infestation. When raised to staff that were there they were not very quick to investigate, and when I spoke to who I presume was the manager that day she asked if we’d had food in the bungalow. On check in instructions it stated food was allowed in the bungalow, but not at the beach/restaurant. We had milk and cereal which were unopened and kept in the fridge provided. And noodles the night before, and the containers we washed out and placed in the bin provided. The ants were not contained to a specific area but were EVERYWHERE. I do not blame the staff on that day, as these things do happen, but it was disappointing that it wasn’t acted on with any urgency and, as two younger women travelling, we felt like no one really wanted to listen. It felt like the finger was pointed at us immediately and that it was our fault as ‘the bungalow was cleaned before you check in’. To clarify, there were ants on our arrival to the bungalow, but we have been travelling for 3 months and understand that there are going to be a few critters getting into your room, but not to this extent. I don’t want to slate Isara completely, but we did not have a great experience.
