This inn is disgusting! This area is closely comparable to north end of Flint, MI. The one star is for staff member, Amara. Very sweet! Once we got into room 127-the window was cracked and can easily be broken into. It reeks of cigarettes. The floors were dirty and the bed had stains. Room 128 was even more disgusting. Floors not sweeped or mopped. Corners of the room disgusting. Window flimsy. Cloudy window. Air conditioner smells like musky urine. The sheets are dingy yellow. The door didnt lock! Both rooms have windows that all you have to do is push on them and they unlock. There is no secure latch. We're in the room forty minutes which took us time to unpack, look at the room, and reach out to hotel.com. Once we made contact with hotel.com , we packed our belongings up and turned our keys in. We explained our safety & health concerns to front desk and she said, " Because you were in there for 40 minutes, Abraham (Lee), the owner will not give you a refund." We asked for his contact information and she declined to give it. She said," he doesnt have business contact and is in and out.." I said, " You can do a walk through on the rooms and see nothing is wrong to them other then us looking at the sheets on the bed." She declined to do a walk through. I let her know we have pictures and videos. The front desk lady we spoke to (early 50s/white/blonde hair) was extremely rude and walked away once we pull out video.
