Firstly, it is so difficult to make a complain directly to Hotels.Com. Yesterday around 18:00 I went to check in at the hotel. For the price of USD130 I was expecting a decent hotel but when I came, I realize it was a small building and the worst was that the main entrance (glass door) was closed and locked and was not possible to get in. I was forced to find a room at a nearby hotel COSTA DEL SOL where I paid USD100 for a superior room with king size bed. The price charged by CHIMOR hotel is a skam and Hotels.Com should check better these things. I trusted your application and simply booked the most expensive hotel presented. However I could not even get there. I used a chat in your App to submit my claim yesterday but not sure if you got it. In any case. I expect to be refunded for this
