Our room was clean with newer updates but the bathroom could have used a refresh - it is a bit outdated. 2 of the bathroom bulbs had blown and weren't working. The hotel itself is outdated but the staff were great at checking in and out. The breakfast was enjoyed by my son but there could have been more options available. The ease of parking was good too.

Unfortunately, this hotel needs updated - when you see paint chipped and carpet raveling, it means that things are starting to not be taken care of and should be addressed. Thankfully it was clean but now I remember why I have avoided Best Western in the past.

The shower would not drain properly and was clogged, and the bed pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, but unfortunately the two main things I care about in a hotel — sleep and a good shower — did not meet expectations. I also wish the manager had offered some kind of discount or gesture beyond just saying sorry.
