*Poor communication from the office staff. *No security cameras. (RING CAMERA ON OFFICE DOOR) Non-working.
*Rooms were partially cleaned. Floors badly stained, unmopped, not swept/dusted underneath the bed/beds. This is my experience from both rooms that I stayed in.
I wiped everything down with clorox wipes.
*I had to sleep on the "motels" parking lot due to the office staff not activating my card to the new room #104 after having checked out of #212.
*No way to recieve assistance during nightime hours.
* This place did nothing for my mental state. I explained during check-in that I was seeking solitude, peacefulness away from my family as I was grieving personal loss of my father and my daughter. Both recently deceased. Instead, someone near my room constantly argued loudly each day of my stay from sunrise to sunset. Listening to horrific profanity. No interventions from the hotel staff. I also witnesses someone driving a black Tesla back her vehicle into a customers vehicle and prepare to drive away until I spoke up to suggest leaving a note on the persons windshield. (You do not hit, back up, nor damage someones vehicle and drive away. How rude; inconsiderate.
The best part of my stay was my daily walks to Traders Joe's-which was across the street. I was able to pirchase non-dairy ice-cream, fresh fruits, water. Some frozen meals since the rooms have microwaves and refrigerator. ATTENTION: BE PREPARED TO CLEAN REFRIGERATOR BEFORE USE. "OVERPRICED" UNCONCERNED.
