This hotel needs to get with the times. Everything from the furniture in the rooms, to the elevators, to menus offered at the bar and restaurant. The armoire console was chipped, dinged, and the back had popped out. With a hotel packed with guests, the hotel had only one elevator working, so the wait to get on was sometimes over 5 mins. The restaurant menu is not inclusive (try some vegan options, some turkey bacon, chicken sausage, somethign other than eggs!!). The bar should be more up with the times. Not everyone drinks alcohol. A mocktail or two would be great. The bar tender at the 960 bar did not provide the service one would expect at a bar. He did not smile, slammed the menu on the table, and barely checked on us. Friendlier service would make it a more popular place.
